Jiming blocked him and uploaded scans to three notarized cloud repositories. “Go ahead. Every attempt adds another charge.”
Zhao's phone rang. After listening, he handed it to Yanqiu. “President Shen.”
Her uncle's voice came through. “Yanqiu, give the document to Uncle Zhao. Family matters can still be discussed behind closed doors.”
“Was that what you called last night's broadcast to the whole city—a closed door?”
“That agreement cannot save you. The exercise price is thirty million, not eight hundred sixty thousand. If payment does not arrive by ten, the right expires.”
