By using our services you agree to this policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the app and you may request deletion of data linked to your device account.

Important: All novels, chapters, synopses, cover copy, and related recommendations on InstaPlot are created or arranged with the assistance of artificial intelligence (AI) and are fictional.

This content does not represent real people, organizations, events, or professional advice and must not be treated as factual reporting, medical/legal/financial guidance, or news.

We may label content as “AI-created” or “fiction” in the product. You are responsible for understanding its fictional nature when reading or sharing.

If you believe content is clearly inappropriate, contact us via the app store listing or website feedback and we will review within a reasonable scope.

Information We Collect

To operate reading, membership, ads, and recommendations we may collect:

• Device identifiers: a guest account UID and device ID to sync your library and reading progress.
• Device and locale: OS, app version, language, and country/region code for catalog and recommendations.
• Reading activity: library items, progress, reading-time stats, chapter unlocks, and ad views.
• Membership data: VIP status, subscription product IDs, and purchase receipts processed by Apple/Google and RevenueCat (we do not store full payment card numbers).
• Push tokens: if you enable notifications.
• Diagnostics and analytics: crash logs and basic usage events to improve stability.

How We Use Information

We use this information to:

• Create and maintain your guest account, library, and reading progress.
• Deliver VIP benefits such as ad-free reading and VIP chapter access.
• Show store content, categories, and recommendations based on region and preferences.
• Control ad frequency for non-VIP users.
• Process in-app purchases, restore purchases, and validate membership.
• Measure reading time and product usage.
• Comply with law, handle complaints, and prevent abuse.

VIP Membership & Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

InstaPlot VIP is an auto-renewable subscription sold only through in-app purchase on iOS (Apple App Store) and Android (Google Play). The website does not offer checkout or payment processing.

VIP benefits may include ad-free reading, access to VIP-only chapters, and early access to select new titles as shown in the app.

Current VIP plans and prices (USD, as displayed in the App Store / Google Play) are:

• Monthly: USD $9.99 per month
• Quarterly: USD $29.99 every 3 months
• Annual: USD $99.99 per year

Billing, Renewal, Cancellation & Restore

Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation; we do not collect card numbers directly.

Subscriptions auto-renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Renewal is charged within 24 hours prior to period end.

Manage or cancel in Apple ID Settings (Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions) or Google Play subscription management.

After cancellation, VIP access continues until the paid period ends; no further charges occur afterward.

Free trials, invite rewards, or promotions may convert to paid subscriptions per their rules and store prompts—cancel before trial end to avoid charges.

Use Restore Purchases in the app after changing devices (validated by Apple/Google and RevenueCat).

Refunds follow Apple/Google policies; we do not charge subscription fees outside the app stores.

We may adjust benefits or prices; price changes apply to new purchases per platform rules.

Third-Party Services

We use trusted partners, each governed by their own privacy policies:

• Apple App Store / Google Play: in-app purchases and subscription billing.
• RevenueCat: subscription validation and entitlement management.
• Google AdMob: ads for non-VIP users (may use advertising identifiers).
• Cloud storage and CDN: delivery of covers and chapter content.

Retention & Security

We apply reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security over the internet.

We retain data as long as needed to provide the service; we delete or anonymize data when you request deletion or when required by law.

Your Rights & Data Deletion

Copy your UID from Profile in the app for support or deletion requests.

Use Privacy & Terms → Delete My Data in the app to remove library, reading, ad, and analytics data linked to your guest account and disable that account.

After deletion, using the app again creates a new guest account.

Purchase history is held by Apple/Google; deleting app data does not cancel an active subscription—cancel in system subscription settings first.

Children

Our service is intended for general audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. Contact us if you believe we have done so.

Changes

We may update this policy and post the effective date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated in the app.
