You acknowledge that all novels, chapters, titles, synopses, cover copy, rankings, and recommendations on InstaPlot are AI-assisted fictional content—not human-authored non-fiction.

The app uses a device-based guest account (UID) without email/password registration.

Your data is tied to the device; changing devices or clearing data may prevent recovery unless you restore purchases or contact support.

VIP offers ad-free reading and access to VIP-only chapters as shown in the app.

Membership is sold only via Apple App Store or Google Play in-app purchase. The website does not process payments or third-party top-ups.

Content & Intellectual Property

AI-generated novels, covers, layout, software, and related materials are owned by us or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-commercial, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to read online.

You may not copy, bulk download, scrape, publish, adapt, commercialize, or reverse engineer our content or software without permission.

If you believe content infringes your rights, contact us with proof of ownership and specific URLs for review.

Ads & Third Parties

Non-VIP users may see ads from partners such as Google AdMob. Third parties are responsible for ad content.

Subscriptions are validated via partners such as RevenueCat; payments are processed by Apple/Google.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Exploit bugs, use cheats, scrape at scale, or otherwise disrupt the service.
• Upload or spread illegal or infringing content where applicable.
• Abuse invite or promotional programs.

We are not liable, to the extent permitted by law, for outages, content anomalies, or data loss caused by networks, devices, app stores, AI providers, or force majeure.

Changes & Termination

We may restrict or terminate access for violations. You may stop using the app and delete your data.

Governing Law & Contact
