They joined the evacuated crowd outside. Every phone displayed Lin's face. A new mission burned across his vision.

Running made him suspicious. Hiding his face triggered anomaly detection. Lin stole a courier's yellow raincoat, picked up a ruined cake, and marched toward the cordon.
“Move!” he shouted at an officer. “The customer has called eight times! Are you paying my late-delivery penalty?”
