He awoke at dawn. Three equity-transfer agreements lay beside his hospital bed, with Wanqing sitting beyond them.
“Taiyue’s bank withdrew its loan last night. Two factories using the same controllers received Zeroing countdowns. Han planned to swallow all three. Their owners will exchange control for Sinkstar’s rescue.”
“We don’t have the cash.”
“It’s a debt restructuring, not a purchase. We take orders, preserve jobs, and repay from future profits. Workers receive fifteen percent; each founder retains ten.”
Chenzhou smiled. “You negotiated through my entire coma.”
“You make machines speak sense. I make assets speak sense.”
