The First Reversal
They did not get it.
Northstar Forge dropped three rounds in a row on defense and got pushed into a rough Force Buy situation. In the fourth, Jackson refused to gamble. They saved full economy, gave up the cheap hero play, and used the next round’s Full Buy to reset the match on their own terms. Mason opened with an Operator pick in mid, killing the enemy’s timing and killing the round plan with it. The next round he switched back to Raze, used satchels to break the first contact point of the site hit, and dragged the defense into a crossfire they could not fully recover from.
The real swing came in the clutch.
At 12:11, Mason was left with a Sheriff, 37 HP, and Spike planted on B. Three defenders came in from different lanes to retake.
