The problem was that every time he pushed, he usually ended up paying for it.

The comments under it were brutal.
"Fake news again."
"This city has more personality in its fog than in its people."
"Heroes? Please. If heroes were real, we wouldn't be doomscrolling."
Noah snorted. Heroes were so far from his life they might as well have lived in another country. All he wanted was to finish his route, get a few dollars in tips, and sleep until morning.
