He removed his mask. It was a face nobody could mistake after seeing Obsidian's posters.

He glanced at the notebook in Lin's hand, then at the celebrating crowd.
"Stop using that thing," Shen said.
Lin went rigid.
Shen's eyes were as dark as a sealed well.
"The future is never free," he said. "I'm here because Obsidian is very good at making someone else pay."
