“Version nineteen,” the exhausted producer said in his headset. “Tunnel twelve frames earlier. Use take three for her eyes. Reverse the rain. Client wakes at five and wants it by six.”
“Got it.”
A private message appeared.
Tang Xiao: Stop improvising. The red reflection in the last cut competes with the brand color.
The red was not a design choice. It was the reflection of a coffee cup from a location shoot, visible in the car window for five frames. No normal viewer could have identified it.

At 6:04, the client answered with four words: NOT FUTURISTIC ENOUGH.
Tang instantly posted in the group chat: “The edit still feels dated. I'll supervise personally this morning.”
