Tang regarded him like a printer that had begun speaking. “Who invited an editor into strategy?”
“I did,” Zhixia said. “Continue.”
Chen froze V19 on the red cup's reflection. “The accident happened. Pretending otherwise makes the brand a liar. The car should stop at the tunnel exit. Don't say we can cross tomorrow. Say: Tomorrow isn't something we guarantee. It's something we answer for.”
No one spoke.
Then Tang smiled. “That's a good line.”
At four, it appeared on the first page of Tang's deck under Tang's name.
Chen was used to stolen credit. This time, however, he knew how the client would choose.
