Nora Vale
That should have scared him. It did. But beneath the fear was something hotter. Recognition, maybe. Nora Vale saw patterns for a living. So did he. The difference was that his newest pattern arrived from tomorrow.
The digest for that day had given him three tradable items:
1. Microsoft announces deeper AI tooling integration for enterprise customers; suppliers move first, headline name fades.
2. Palantir wins defense analytics extension, confirmation after market close; unusual volume starts 13:20.
3. Consumer confidence print misread by algos, reversal within eleven minutes.
He had no room to trade while Nora watched him. So he did something better.
He talked.
